Gyms you train at? Ultimate Fitness in Port Moody

How did you get started in fitness and training? I have always been an active person but really got into weight training and fitness in 2013 after my car accident.

What are your future goals, dreams and plans? My future goals are to get back on stage again and compete in the Popeyes Fall Classic. My future dream is to step on the National stage.

A quick overview on how your workout training looks like? My workout and training usually takes me about an hour plus. With about 45 mins of weight training and then 20 - 30 mins of cardio.

What is your favorite and least favorite body part to work out on? I love training legs, as when I'm done training legs I feel like I've really trained.  My least favorite body part to train is abs.

Do you have any gym, muscle building or fitness pet peeves? One of my biggest gym pet peeves is people not sharing the machines and as well as when people bang the weights when doing squats or deadlifts. One of the most annoying sounds in the world.

Example: people who don’t wipe off sweat off their bench. I HATE THAT!!!

What are your best tips for working out in the gym? Best tip would be just watch your form and know what you are doing.  If you don't know ask.

What are your favorite cheat meals and foods? Favorite cheat meal would have to be an Oreo Mint chocolate with Kit Kat DQ Blizzard. And well I'm a lover of ALL food really.

How do you deal with cravings for junk food, sweets and salty foods? The cravings are one of the hardest parts when you are prepping for a show. I personally just do my best to not think about it too much and wait for my cheat meal.

How do you eat and what’s usually in your fridge? I eat very healthy both on and off season. (More cheat meals in off season of course). Usually I have a ton of fresh veggies and some fruit in my fridge along with a lot of eggs and egg whites.

What supplements do you take (if any) and recommend to others? I don't take a lot of supplements, but I usually just take BCAA's, glutamine, vitamin B and C and usually just a pre workout to help me on those tired days.

Any last advice for beginners or anyone looking to get into fitness? If you are looking to get into weight training and not sure where to start look at getting a trainer they will be your best source of advice for what you want to accomplish.

What is the number one philosophy you live by? Live the Life you Love and Love the Life you Live.

Who do you think would have won in a fight, BRUCE LEE or ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER? I gotta say Bruce Lee he's just so much faster and is trained to fight, Arnold is not.
